Biography
Maher Belhaj Abdallah received the BSc. and MSc. degree in Telecommunications from the
Higher School of Communication of Tunis (Sup'com)
(Tunis, Tunisia) in 2007 and 2008, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the
