Spacing Ivica Arsov received an Engineer Degree in Electrical Engineering at the "Faculty of Electrical Engineering", Skopje, Macedonia in september, 2005. He is currently a Ph.D. sudent at the Instinut National des Telecomunications within the ARTEMIS Department .
